3 Keys to a Philadelphia Eagles win versus Baltimore in Week 6
By Hunter Doyle
Can the Philadelphia Eagles shock the world this weekend?
Not only are the Philadelphia Eagles struggling but they also have to face one of the league’s top teams in the Baltimore Ravens. This could go one of two ways. It could end with Philly pulling off one of the biggest upsets of the season and showing that they are still the resilient team they have been in the past few years. However, it could also end in a blowout similar to the 48-7 loss versus the New Orleans Saints a few years ago. Fans will find out soon enough which Eagles team is going to show up this week.
The last time these two teams faced off it was in Carson Wentz’s rookie year. ’11’ scrambled for a touchdown with four seconds left. With playoff hopes pretty much gone at that point, head coach Doug Pederson decided to go for the two-point conversion but it failed and Philly lost 27-26. A lot has changed since then. The Ravens are no longer an 8-8 team, and they have completely changed their offense to fit Lamar Jackson’s style of play. The Eagles on the other hand have three rollercoaster seasons since then. Once again, they have put themselves in a hole early in the season.
While the Ravens haven’t played a very tough schedule in recent weeks, they have still taken care of business versus the Washington Football Team and Cincinnati Bengals. That’s something this Eagles team failed to do. Philly will need to be almost flawless to come out on top in this one. With that said, let’s take a look at what the big keys to getting that miracle win are for the Eagles.
