1. player. 54. . . . Carson Wentz, Quarterback

The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback and new star at receiver continue to impress.

Much of what you’ve heard if you’re an Eagles fan is that there is a desire to bench Carson Wentz in favor of Jalen Hurts. The latter was a big piece in kickstarting this offense, but let’s be real for a second (and stop the madness). Philly wouldn’t have been in a position to win this game without their fifth-year quarterback.

The offensive line is falling apart. Miles Sanders and Zach Ertz left the game with injuries. There were dropped passes by the Eagles receivers, but ’11’ hung in there and did what he does best, make plays where there weren’t any. Wentz threw for 213 yards and two touchdowns and ran for another as he put this team on his back and led them in a late rally. That’s all that you can ask for next time.

54. . . . Travis Fulgham, Wide Receiver. 2. player

Okay Eagles fans, if you had any doubts about Travis Fulgham, those doubts can be put to rest.  The Ravens paid a lot of attention to Fulgham in this one, but Fulgham still wound up with six catches for 75 yards and a touchdown. It’s not a secret anymore why Wentz puts so much trust in him. This six-foot-two Old Dominion walk-on has proven more than his worth in contested catches.
