. . Any receiver not named Fulgham. 1. player. 54.

Finding weak links for this Philadelphia Eagles team isn’t a difficult task.

After Philadelphia Eagles fans watched their favorite team’s wide receivers drop passes in 2019, it appears that the same thing is happening more often in 2020. Multiple drops and poor ball security wiped what could have been two touchdowns off of the board. Much of that can be blamed on the fact that these are practice squad players and late-round draft picks.

One could blame the injuries, but Zach Ertz and Miles Sanders had some questionable drops as well. We also shouldn’t forget a 50-yard dime to John Hightower that he dropped in the first quarter.

. . . Jamon Brown, Guard. 2. player. 54

No Philly fan expected to udder the words “I miss Matt Pryor,” but veteran journeymen Jamon Brown was letting Ravens’ defensive fronts in the pocket like they were the pizza delivery guy. The Ravens were dialed in on the right side of the Eagles offensive line, and it was a constant issue for Philly’s offense all game long.

Brown couldn’t get his feet set or his hands up in enough time to make any solid attempt at slowing the pass rush. That isn’t a good look for the remainder of the season, and neither is what he did when the game was over.

3. player. 54. . . . Jake Elliott, Kicker

Jake Elliott has now found himself on the list of veterans who are having a season of digression. If you take his rookie season out of the equation, Elliott has made good on ten of 18 field-goal attempts of 50 yards or more. There have been times were Elliott has had off games, but it appears that he’s having an off-year.
