. . Justin Fields, Ohio State. 2. player. 812.

Here’s an option if Carson Wentz can’t lead this team to the playoffs.

To put things simply, if, in 2021’s NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles find themselves in a position where they can draft Justin Fields, that means the wheels fell off and something went horribly wrong during the 2020 season. It may even mean that they missed the playoffs, another very real possibility.

When we were all hanging out during the most recent Summer, there was this feeling that the Big Ten may not play football. There may not have been a fan base that was more bummed by that news than the loyal Buckeye enthusiasts that pack ‘The Horseshoe’ every time that there’s a game to be played at home.

Ohio State is always loaded, but this year just felt different, They’re talented at all of the important positions. Other teams that were probably seen as favorites are experiencing down years, outside of the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Clemson Tigers of course, and this year, they just might have the best quarterback that they’ve ever had.

Buckeyes fans have gone from hopelessness to hopeful, and with a real shot to see Fields play, this could be the year that Ohio State does some serious damage in the College Football Playoff. Fields may be a star at season’s end, a star that will be hard for any team looking for a quarterback to ignore.
