Are the Philadelphia Eagles finally set at wide receiver?

For what seems like forever, the Philadelphia Eagles have been searching for help at the wide receiver position. A season ago, Carson Wentz miraculously took the walking wounded to the playoffs, throwing touchdowns to a bunch of practice squad players.

This after injuries were sustained by players like Alshon Jeffrey and Desean Jackson. 2020 appears to be the same old story though with Jeffrey still nowhere to be found and Jackson making yet another trip to the injured reserve.

They say it’s always darkest before the dawn, however, and in the times of chaos, the Eagles appear to have found their wide receiver trio for the foreseeable future. The myriad of injuries has forced the Eagles to look at their practice squad, other teams’ practice squads, and of course the draft to find Wentz some ample weapons.

The search appears to be over Eagles fans. With Dallas Goedert hopefully returning soon (a 21-day practice window was opened), with Zach Ertz and Miles Sanders out for now, and with Boston Scott at running back, let’s take a look at the three receivers who will help Carson Wentz and the Eagles fly to great heights in the NFL for years to come (hopefully).
