The Philadelphia Eagles are set to face a division rival in a rematch.
The Philadelphia Eagles will be traveling about 100 miles north of the City of Brotherly Love for their Week 10 matchup with the New York Giants. This is their final tilt this season, and just like before; the stakes are high.
The last time these two franchises met, it was on Philly’s home turf, and the matchup was one dropped pass away from resulting in a victory for Big Blue. Philly scored on a go-ahead touchdown in the waning moments to ensure their first divisional win on the 2020 season.
Though the Eagles walked away as the winners of that Week 7 matchup, the Giants’ performance in that game and everything that we’ve seen from them since is something the Birds can’t ignore. New York’s first-year head coach, Joe Judge, has gotten his team to buy into his message and culture, and each week his team has looked better than they had in the week prior.
Week 10’s game will look completely different than the one these two teams played a few weeks ago. As mentioned, the G-Men continue to improve with each passing week. The Eagles are getting healthier as the season wears on. Now, with all that being said, here are several subplots that could decide things.
