Say goodbye to Alshon Jeffery if you’re a Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Are there any other Philadelphia Eagles fans who are feeling like Alshon Jeffery has nothing left in the tank? When the latest Eagle to wear the number 17 rode into the City of Brotherly Love, he did so like a conquering hero. A little over three years later, one of the heroes of a Super Bowl victory can’t be run out of town fast enough.

We might be watching the final games of Alshon Jeffery in a Birds jersey. If we are, the 2021 NFL Draft might be a great place to find his replacement (and DeSean Jackson’s replacement and JJ Arcega-Whiteside’s replacement if the Eagles decide to move on from them too).

Just about every NFL scout is going to fawn over LSU’s Ja’Marr Chase and Marquez Stevenson of the Houston Cougars. The former is probably a top-ten pick that may not be available when Philly is ready to make their selection. The latter may see his draft stock slip if he continues to watch games go by where he isn’t very productive.

Stevenson isn’t snagging as many passes as you’d like to see, but he does play a dependant position at wide receiver. Then again, at the time of this story being published, he does boast an impressive yards-per-reception average, and that could demonstrate that he has some playmaking ability.

Watch out for both of them. In the meantime, here are five prospects that could represent value for an Eagles team potentially looking to move on from both Alshon Jeffery and DeSean Jackson in the offseason.
