Some of the best Philadelphia Eagles teams don’t always make the playoffs.

With the 2020 Philadelphia Eagles‘ postseason dreams dwindling, one of the most memorable regular seasons in Birds history (for the wrong reasons) is on the verge of ending once the curtain closes on Week 17. Winning the NFC East won’t be impossible, but it’s just as possible, maybe even more so, that they miss the playoffs.

Memorable seasons aren’t always the ones that produce a ton of wins. Sometimes, they won’t result in a playoff berth. As a matter of fact, there are times when teams with winning records will fail to qualify for the postseason.

The Eagles have had more than their fair share of all of that during their 88-year history.
