Philadelphia Eagles fans might want to watch the College Football Playoff.

Who would have thunk? There were hiccups and cancellations, but somehow, it appears that we have made it to the College Football Playoff. If you’re a Philadelphia Eagles fan, there’s no reason to believe that you don’t have anything to do on New Years Day.

The teams are familiar to us all. In the first game, the 107th Rose Bowl Game, for the first time since 1942, will be played somewhere other than Pasadena, California. This one’s at Jerry’s World, also known as AT&T Stadium, the home of those evil Dallas Cowboys.  The participants are the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Yes, we all realize that Notre Dame just got blown out by the Clemson Tigers in 2020’s ACC Championship Game and that there’s a huge possibility that they’ll get an even worse beating when they face The Tide. Can you imagine what the headlines look like if the Irish end their season with two blowout losses? Oh well. There’s nothing that we can do about it now.

The Ohio State Buckeyes and the aforementioned Tigers close the show at 8 PM EST in the Sugar Bowl, but what else is new? That one’s in New Orleans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Both games feature guys that we’ll be watching play on Sunday one day. Here are about ten of them that could wind up being Eagles prospects.
