Might the Philadelphia Eagles go fishing in Ohio State’s pool?

The more things change, the more they stay the same. Yes, boys and girls, the Clemson Tigers and Ohio State Buckeyes will, again, meet on the gridiron to play a football game in the College Football Playoff.

Is there any chance that the Buckeyes finally take the Tigers’ measure in this one? They didn’t look too prepared for what Northwestern had to offer in the Big Ten Championship.

3. Chris Olave, Wide Receiver

Many scouts, draft pundits, and die-hard fans of this great Buckeyes program believe that most of Ohio State’s issues on offense were a result of not having Chris Olave in the lineup. He should be back on New Year’s Day, and he’ll be looking to show everyone why he should be seen as one of the best wide receivers in the country.

4. Wyatt Davis, Guard

Okay, maybe Jason Kelce retires. Maybe he doesn’t. If he does, the Eagles are expected to slide Isaac Seumalo over to anchor the offensive line, but they also have Luke Juriga. Either way, we know Philly needs players to hold down the interior of the offensive line, and Wyatt Davis is one of the elite interior linemen in this year’s NFL Draft.

If defense is more of your flavor, keep an eye on the six-foot-one and 194-pound Shaun Wade. he should be in everyone’s top five at the cornerback position come April.
