3 Steps to a successful Philadelphia Eagles offseason

The Philadelphia Eagles have a lot of work to do this offseason.

Alright Birds fans, the Philadelphia Eagles have had a hectic first couple of days of their offseason. 2020’s campaign didn’t meet anyone’s expectations, and to be blunt, it was an awful season to watch. As a matter of fact, this was one of the worst seasons for the Eagles’ franchise in the last 30 years.

Fans have seen this team transform from a Super Bowl-winning team to becoming one of the biggest punchlines in the NFL. We here at ITI are not going sugar coat things for fans. This offseason will be an emotional circus, so make sure you have plenty of Advil.

This franchise’s leadership has a tremendous amount of work to do this offseason, and that’s if they even think this team has any chance of being a competitor or a contender (fans have lost hope). Where in the world does this team even begin in terms of being a competitor?

Contracts need to be recalibrated. Players need to be shown the door, and all of the holes on this team need to be filled with capable players.

This team’s needs are a bit overwhelming, and they may not answer all of them in one offseason. Still, there are a few ways that they can answer most of them. Let’s put on our general manager’s cap as we dive into the three ways this team can get back on track.
