It’s the same old discussion if you’re a Philadelphia Eagles fan.

At the time of this story being published, one full week of 2021’s calendar year will be behind us, and though there’s still an NFL season going on, for the Philadelphia Eagles, the dream died before Week 17’s game was even played. Now, the focus shifts to how this team gets better, and how they climb out of the cellar.

The Birds were swept by the Washington Football Team, and even though their annual two-game battles between the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants ended in splits, the games that Philly won versus their rivals should have been two more losses. This could easily be a two-win team heading into the 2021 offseason.

There’s much to do. Hopefully, lessons have been learned. Just like every other season, the Birds have an opportunity to become a better football team. We all know where they need to start. Here’s a ranking of their top four needs in terms of position.
