player. 829. . . . Christian Barmore, Alabama Crimson Tide.

Barmore would be a monster for the Philadelphia Eagles’ defensive front.

Alabama Crimson Tide defensive linemen Christian Barmore is a six-foot-five, 315-pound mountain of a man that would solidify the Philadelphia Eagles defensive line. Imagining Barmore next to superstar Fletcher Cox would have any Eagles fan salivating at the possibilities.

Barmore has the rare athletic ability to be a true difference-maker at the next level. Besides being a semi-truck in a football uniform while attacking the quarterback, Barmore is a lot more than strength. He also possesses the speed you rarely see in a man his size.

While defensive line is not the Philadelphia Eagles’ biggest issue, General manager Howie Roseman has shown a soft spot for the big guys in the middle. In this case, adding Christian Barmore at the sixth pick would be a steal as he could be one of the best defenders in recent draft history.

The Philadelphia Eagles need to plan ahead for the day Cox decides to call it quits, but in the meantime, the duo of Barmore and Cox would scare offenses league-wide and keep opposing offenses up at night.
