817. . . . WR Ja'Marr Chase, LSU. . player

Philadelphia Eagles landing Ja’Marr Chase would put the NFL on notice.

Louisiana State University wideout Ja’Marr Chase is sort of becoming the forgotten man, but don’t be fooled. He’d take the Philadelphia Eagles’ offense to another level. At six-foot and 210 pounds, Chase is built like a running back with pure speed. With the ball in his hands, he is dangerous.

A complete wideout, Ja’Marr Chase is a big play just waiting to happen, with explosive feet, soft hands, and toughness about him, he scares every defender he faces. He is a bully at times when running routes as he looks for contact downfield and loves to punish the tackler.

He’s a versatile prospect as he can help in the passing game, running game, and on special teams. Let him return punts or line him up in wildcat formations, and just get out of his way, Chase is a difference-maker.

Maybe it was the fact that he took a year off. Maybe that’s why he’s gone overlooked as of late, but Chase is certainly deserving of the moniker of being one of the best wideouts in this draft. The Philadelphia Eagles would look like geniuses if they were able to scoop Chase up with the sixth pick. He’s an investment that would bring in immediate results.
