The Philadelphia Eagles need to find pass-rushers immediately.

Coastal Carolina pass-rusher Tarron Jackson is a six-foot-two, 265-pound weapon that would boost the Philadelphia Eagles defensive line right away. One of the lesser-known Jacksons in this draft class is a complete defensive terror for opposing offenses, with a quick burst off of the edge and the natural power to shut down running games.

Philly needs to upgrade its pass-rushing depth this offseason, and adding the Coastal product would be a great starting point. After spending the week in Mobile at the Reese’s Senior Bowl, Jackson went from an obscure blip (respectfully) to a full-blown rising star among scouting circles.

He has a great ability to set the edge while dominating offensive linemen, and the violent hands to have his way with them. He always seems to know what an offense is thinking and diagnoses quickly. Most importantly, he reacts just as quickly.

If the Philadelphia Eagles could find a way to land the Coastal Carolina prospect somewhere in the mid-to-late part of this draft, it would be a complete steal as well as an investment that could pay huge dividends for years to come.
