More Philadelphia Eagles will leave this team too. You know that right?

By the time this story is published, all of the reality necessary to move forward should have settled in. The Philadelphia Eagles have moved on from Carson Wentz, and there’s nothing that any of us can do about it.

Now, while that’s a reason to celebrate for some of the Birds’ fans, we all realize that this is bad news to some of you. Change is a part of the game though, and if you’ve followed this team long enough, you know that well.

The problem with this Eagles organization is this. They used to move on from players a year or so early (Duce Staley and Brian Dawkins for instance). Now, they seemingly move on from guys a year or so too late (Mack Hollins, JJ Arcega-Whiteside, and, yes, Carson Wentz).

Philly has a lot of personnel decisions to make come March. Some are obvious. One concerns Brandon Graham. Yep, B.G. is on the wrong side of 30 and commands a huge salary. While moving on from him, especially after a Pro Bowl season seems ridiculous, it isn’t an impossibility.

Throw his name on a list of Philadelphia Eagles that may follow Carson Wentz out of town, but place an asterisk beside it. Here are five of his teammates that fans know well but may have to watch in other jerseys come Week 1 of the 2021 NFL season.
