The Philadelphia Eagles have to fix the cornerback position Asap!

Everyone knows the Philadelphia Eagles front office has struggled to identify game-changing cornerbacks in the NFL Draft for quite some time. Not since the 2002 draft has the Eagles front office gone all-in on the defensive backfield when they landed three stars in Lito Sheppard, Sheldon Brown, and Michael Lewis.

Perhaps the 2021 NFL Draft could be the year that general manager Howie Roseman pulls the trigger on multiple defensive backs early on. With all the issues the Philadelphia Eagles have had finding potential star corners, it would behoove the front office to consider addressing the issue with their top draft selections.

The great news is the 2021 NFL Draft is loaded with talented defensive backs, especially the guys who play on the outside. This should give Roseman multiply opportunities to find potential upgrades that could change the Philadelphia Eagles defensive fortunes moving forward.

So with all this in mind, Inside the Iggles did what we always do and scoured the landscape to find the best and brightest (even if they don’t get the national hype). With that being said, here are three under-the-radar players that could be huge acquisitions for this franchise. These guys have the tools and skillset to be stars at the next level.
