Though the Philadelphia Eagles’ work in Round 1 is done, things are interesting.

25. Jacksonville Jaguars: OT Samuel Cosmi, Texas

After gaining the 25th overall pick courtesy of the Jalen Ramsey trade with the Los Angeles Rams, the Jaguars own two first-round picks in the 2021 draft. In this NFL mock draft, they’ll take Samuel Cosmi, a six-foot-seven monster who has an incredibly high ceiling. The Jags need to protect Lawrence in his rookie season, unlike what the Bengals did with Burrow, and adding Cosmi would be a step in the right direction.

26. Cleveland Browns: S Trevon Moehrig, TCU

The Browns had an excellent 2020 season behind a stellar offense. While they could opt to select a pass rusher, Cleveland lands Trevon Moehrig in this mock draft, a rangy safety who is a ballhawk in zone coverage. The TCU product is an aggressive tackler who could greatly improve the Cleveland defense.

27. Baltimore Ravens: WR Rashod Bateman, Minnesota

Baltimore may boast the number one rushing attack in the NFL, but the passing offense is nothing to write home about. This is due to a number of reasons, but it’s primarily due to a lack of weapons for Lamar Jackson. Bateman is six-foot-two, possesses above-average speed, and is one of the best route runners in this draft class. The shoe fits between these two parties.

28. New Orleans Saints: LB Zaven Collins, Tulsa

Experts are raving about Zaven Collins and how his game might translate to the pros. Collins is six-foot-four and has an absurd amount of speed given his frame. Labeled as one of the most complete defenders in this draft, the Tusla product has the ability to rush the passer and drop back in coverage for the New Orleans Saints.
