The Philadelphia Eagles need to explore every possible way of adding talent.
Looking ahead, most of the NFL world’s attention will be on the 2021 draft, as well as the current cap situation. The Philadelphia Eagles front office, however, should keep their eyes wide open to any possible way of adding talented players to the roster, and that includes trades.
If we learned anything from the disastrous 2020 season, it’s that this team’s roster is in desperate need of talent. They need to upgrade multiple positions if they are ever going to truly compete for another Super Bowl title.
This isn’t to say the current roster is void of talent, but aside from a handful of guys, this team lacks game-changing building blocks. Moving forward, new head coach Nick Sirianni will have his hands full trying to come up with a plan for the 2021 season. Executive vice president and general manager Howie Roseman is tasked with fixing the cap hindrances that will prevent the organization from adding talent to this roster.
Neither job will be an easy task, but if anyone can get the job done, it’s Roseman. With that in mind, here are three underrated players who would be great acquisitions for the team, seeing as how they have the potential to be legitimate NFL stars and no one loves a trade more than Howie.
