The Philadelphia Eagles find a successor for Jason Kelce in round five.

As tough as it may be to face it, Jason Kelce won’t play forever. The Eagles do have some potential in-house replacements with Isaac Seumalo and Luke Jurgia, but Josh Myers would be an excellent candidate to slide in at the center slot.

Myers doesn’t match Kelce’s speed. Who does? Still, even with that being said, he offers above-average mobility with a boxy frame. A two-year starter in the Big Ten, Myers has a ton of experience and is a very technically sound blocker. At the very least, he’d offer depth to the offensive line and could give Isaac Seumalo a run for his money at left guard.

Kelce’s inevitable departure will leave a massive hole in the Philadelphia Eagles’ offensive line. The Birds have been anchored by Kelce in the trenches forever. Without his speed and mobility, the offense might take a step back.
