The 2021 NFL Draft could be a great opportunity for the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Philadelphia Eagles‘ front office has a great opportunity quickly approaching. It’s a rebuilding year, and the Birds need to seize the moment and take full advantage of the 2021 NFL Draft. This one will have a deep pool of prospects with the SEC leading the way as usual.

General Manager Howie Roseman has been criticized by fans and media alike for this team’s lack of talent. That makes this year’s draft an important one for a team on the mend. The best way that this team’s decision-makers can right their past wrongs is by fighting the urge to overthink things this time around.

You hear it all the time. Teams plan on going with the best player available. This year, this team has to go with the honest approach if the Philadelphia Eagles want to get back to the top, and whether some of you want to claim ‘southern bias’ or not, the saying among pro scouts is “if you are looking for talent, look in the SEC”.

This is not to say you can’t find talented players at any college. This is more about the fact that much of the nation’s premier talent wants to play football in the NCAA’s best football conference. The SEC rolls out premium stock yearly. With that being said, these are a few prospects that the Eagles need to set their eyes on.
