822. . . . Round 2: Nick Bolton, Missouri. . player

Bolton could be the perfect boost to the Philadelphia Eagles defense.

Missouri Tigers linebacker Nick Bolton is a game-changer in the middle of the defense. At six-foot, 235-pounds, Bolton has a rare combination of size, raw speed, and football intelligence that coaches love in the NFL. The Philadelphia Eagles would be lucky to land the SEC star in the second round.

A true sideline-to-sideline monster, Bolton has the eye discipline and freaky athletic ability to chase down runners. He is also a three-down linebacker and can play in coverage or come downhill to blow up the running game.

Despite adding two new linebackers in the 2020 NFL Draft. The Philadelphia Eagles have a need in the middle of their defense. Not since losing Jordan Hicks to free-agency have the Birds had a playmaker at linebacker, so adding Nick Bolton could be a great investment moving forward.

With his skill set and physical attributes, Bolton could potentially be a superstar in the National Football League.
