Philadelphia Eagles seven-round mock draft: Free-agency edition
The Philadelphia Eagles add Naquan Jones and K.J. Sails in Round 7.
Michigan State defensive lineman Naquan Jones has all the tools to be a potential star for the Philadelphia Eagles. Built to be a dominant force in the middle of the defense, Jones has the skill set that gets coaches excited at the NFL level.
The Eagles need to start looking towards the future at defensive tackle. Jones would be a great start in doing so.
Sails is almost too versatile of a player for the Philadelphia Eagles to ignore.
University of South Florida defensive back K.J. Sails is a force on the defensive side of the ball. The five-foot-eleven, 185-pound DB is a truly versatile prospect that can be used in multiple ways for the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Birds’ front office needs to add depth to their defensive backfield ASAP. Adding a player with Sails’ skill level could be excellent to get this late in the draft. The Eagles need to find talented depth at every level of their team and as this mock suggests, they should be able to land some talent late. Write Sails’ name down if you’re an Eagles fan.
