If added to the Philadelphia Eagles roster, here’s a nice compliment to Singleton.

Eagles linebacker Alex Singleton is good. As a matter of fact, he’s so good that, when he guaranteed he’d break Philly’s single-season record for tackles, no one really felt like he was making a guarantee that he couldn’t live up to.

Singleton is a missile with a helmet, but he needs help from the other guys at the second level of Philly’s defense. Two rookies from the 2020 season, Shaun Bradley and Davion Taylor, got off to slow starts. T.J. Edwards is good, but he may not be enough either.

That means if the linebacker position is one that Philly wants to address in the 2021 NFL Draft, the name Dylan Moses is one that this franchise may want to familiarize itself with.

In 35 career games, this six-foot-three, 240-pound prospect racked up 192 total tackles, six sacks, two interceptions, four pass breakups, and three forced fumbles. If that translates to the pro level, he’ll be good for a long time.
