It feels like deja vu if you’re a Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Here we go again. Nick Foles fans will be excited to hear this new report. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported that he expects the former Super Bowl MVP to be traded this offseason. He named the Philadelphia Eagles as a possible destination. It wouldn’t be an Eagles offseason without Foles’ name being brought up.

The Chicago Bears recently signed Andy Dalton who was told that he will be the starter in 2021. Foles could still be kept as a backup, but it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise if they look to move him to create more cap space.

Philadelphia just got under the cap not too long ago after making a plethora of moves. Trading away a draft pick or multiple picks for a soon-to-be 33-year-old backup with a 6.6 million dollar cap hit doesn’t make much sense.

On the other hand, let’s not forget that Foles took a massive 32.9 million dollar pay cut when Chicago acquired him. He’s a class act and isn’t worried about the money, but who’s to say he wouldn’t do that again if he returned to Philadelphia?

That’s a very interesting point to consider. Here are three other things to ponder if you’re a Philadelphia Eagles fan.
