. player. 829. . . . Christian Barmore, The Tide

Christian Barmore has the tools to be a star for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Regardless of which side of the ball a team addresses, it’s always a good idea to build from the ball and move outward, so with that in mind, adding Alabama Crimson Tide defensive lineman Christian Barmore is an interesting proposition.

Imagining the six-foot-five, 310-pound rising star lining up next to Flecther Cox. That should have any Eagles fan excited.

The 2021 NFL Draft doesn’t have many consensus pass-rushers that are being talked about as top prospects, but Barmore has all the tools to be that guy and so much more. An athletic freak, the Crimson Tide product has a rare combination of size, speed, and quick feet that has NFL coaches salivating. He’s built to be an NFL defensive tackle. This young man has the raw ability to kick outside and attack off the edge.

The Philadelphia Eagles need to fill many holes on their current roster, so landing a defensive lineman with the first pick shouldn’t be ruled out. Besides, the last time the Eagles drafted a defensive tackle with the twelfth pick, it worked out pretty well for them.
