The Philadelphia Eagles must add a weapon on the outside.

After years of stockpiling talent from mediocre college conferences, the Philadelphia Eagles make a bold trade with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to move back into the first round to select LSU WR Terrace Marshall.

Tampa is returning every starter that played in their Super Bowl victory last season and they could be more than willing to part with the 32nd pick to move back to 37. All the Eagles give up to do so is the 70th pick.

With seemingly a two-year plan in mind for the Eagles, five first-round picks in two straight drafts could set this franchise back on track. Marshall would give the Eagles much-needed explosive playmaking ability on the outside.

Right now, Marshall is regarded as a second-round talent, but the Eagles are reportedly talking to him “a lot.”

There are two reasons the Eagles move up for Marshall: Jacksonville and the New York Jets. Both teams will be ushering in new quarterbacks in the draft and both might look to add a shiny new weapon for their QBs. The Eagles pounce at the chance to scoop up a guy they seem to be falling in love with and are happy to surrender one of their third-round picks to do so.
