Here’s a dream draft class for the Philadelphia Eagles and their fans.
With the 2021 NFL Draft set to begin on April 29th, Philadelphia Eagles fans are surely growing restless. For a rebuilding team such as the Birds, the draft represents a beacon of hope for the future. Hope, however, is hard to come by for Eagles fans nowadays.
The team is, rightfully so, projected to finish dead last in the NFC East and appears to lack a sense of direction. After revamping the coaching staff and trading away their former franchise quarterback, expectations are at an all-time low.
A successful 2021 NFL Draft class is the only thing that can quickly turn the tides for this organization.
The absence of an NFL Combine and the decision by many college players to opt-out of the 2020 season will make this draft one of a kind. It’s been tough for teams to properly evaluate players due to these circumstances, but the excuses have run out for Howie Roseman.
That being said, here’s a seven-round mock draft that would be a dream draft class for the Philadelphia Eagles. For better or for worse, a draft like this might just save Howie’s job. Are you ready? Let’s roll.
