The front office continues to build up the Philadelphia Eagles defense.

One of the more underrated areas of need on this Philadelphia Eagles team is the defensive EDGE position. While the Eagles house a star in Brandon Graham, and a potential stud in Josh Sweat, landing a player like Oklahoma Sooners defensive end Ronnie Perkins could go a long way in building a more consistent pass-rush. The six-foot-three, 247-pound prospect has great size and amazing ability that could come in handy for the Eagles moving forward.

A terror coming off the edge, Perkins has a dominant first step and the burst that offensive tackles worry about all game long. He’s built with a thick base to help his first contact. He also has the fancy footwork to fool the linemen who are trying to block him.

Oklahoma Sooner Ronnie Perkins is a real threat to get to the quarterback every time he lines up. The Eagles need to add a talent like this one to help their defense get where it needs to go.

It goes without saying that the front office needs to be aggressive in their acquiring of talent and adding explosive difference-makers. Perkins is a great representation of that.
