Is anyone else thinking about this 2021 Philadelphia Eagles schedule?

At the time of this story being published, the Philadelphia Eagles will be just a tad over 48 hours from learning where and when they’ll be playing the 17 games on their 2021 NFL schedule, and there isn’t a Birds fan on the planet that isn’t already thinking about the possibilities or trying to determine which games they’ll be showing up to watch when it’s time to go to work.

We’ve long known who the opponents are. We only need dates and times. Philly will be playing a last-place schedule after finishing 4-11-1, good for the worst record in the NFL’s worst division in 2020.

That means they’re slated to meet the San Francisco 49ers and Detroit Lions. They’ll also face the four teams of the NFC South (Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, New Orleans Saints, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers). There are four games versus the four teams of the AFC West (the Denver Broncos, Las Vegas Raiders, Kansas City Chiefs, and Los Angeles Chargers).

You already know six of their games will be played against divisional opponents (Dallas, Washington, and the New York Giants). Their 17th game pits them against the New York Jets. Buckle up. In the meantime, let’s have some fun. Here’s a guess on three games that could be scheduled for primetime consumption in front of a national audience.
