The Philadelphia Eagles’ new additions could be game-changers.
The last time we saw the Philadelphia Eagles play football, well, let’s just say that there were some issues. Bruised and battered, the Birds’ rolled out of the 2020-2021 season a badly beaten team. Fast forward to the present, and the team has started their 2021 campaign with a rebuild in mind.
They now seem like a football team that’s ready to compete for an NFC East title. General manager Howie Roseman bobbed and weaved his way around a cap issue, and somehow has found a way to add talent to this team.
Thanks to the 2021 NFL Draft and the free-agency period, Roseman found a group of talented players. While they may not be huge splashes by any means, they possess the tools and the skillset to be the difference between a long-term rebuild and being able to compete. Needless to say, the Philadelphia Eagles seem poised to battle this year, and for years to come.
Speaking of the new additions to the roster, Roseman may have stayed away from superstar additions, but Philadelphia has added the right guys to get the job done.
