3 Philadelphia Eagles who could have huge impacts on defense

Believe it or not, the Philadelphia Eagles defense is loaded with talent.

If you’re a Philadelphia Eagles fan, you’re pretty well aware that the days of the feared Jim Johnson defenses are long gone in the City of Brotherly Love. This team hasn’t had a guy like Brian Dawkins roaming the defensive backfield and terrorizing opposing offenses in quite some time (no disrespect is intended to Malcolm Jenkins).

All hope is not lost as Philly enters 2021 with an underrated defense. Led by All-Pro defensive lineman Fletcher Cox, the Birds are a lot more talented than most understand. so it isn’t so far-fetched to think they could house one of the better units in the National Football League.

Coming off of the worst season in the Eagles’ recent history, it’s a bit strange to think the Birds have anything going for them. but it’s true. To be completely honest, they have the players to be dominant in 2021.

General manager Howie Roseman did a great job adding under-the-radar and inexpensive playmakers, finding potential game-changers at all three levels of the defense. Looking over the current roster, things seem to be looking up of our boys in midnight green. With that in mind, here are three players that could have instant impacts on defense.
