Are Nick Sirianni’s Philadelphia Eagles rebuilding or rebranding?

Will Deshaun Watson join the Philadelphia Eagles or not?
As camp nears, reports are saying that the Eagles are still in play to acquire Houston Texans quarterback DeShaun Watson. After trading Carson Wentz to the Indianapolis Colts, the Eagles acquired a conditional second-round pick, one that could become a first-rounder.
This could potentially mean that they’d have three first-round picks next year. They could use all three, or they can gamble and package one of the existing first-round picks in a trade package that could help them trade for Watson.
Now obviously, DeShaun Watson is still being investigated for his sexual assault and harassment lawsuits. A decision may not occur by Philly until they see what type of decision is made by league offices. Once the NFL ends their investigation and most likely suspends Watson, a trade could take place then.
Watson has made it clear that he does NOT want to remain with the Texans. He requested a trade back in January as it was reported that he wasn’t happy with the team’s hiring process. On July 22nd, Howard Eskin made an appearance on 94 WIP-FM and made the following proclamation.
“Based on the information that I got, when — and I’ll say WHEN — he is traded, I think there is a 90 percent chance that he will be with the Philadelphia Eagles”. A 90 percent chance of Watson becoming an Eagle makes it sound like a deal is close. Does Eskin know something that he isn’t saying or is this simply a hot take? Eagles fans will have to wait and see how it all unfolds.
