We can all laugh about how we used to talk about how the Philadelphia Eagles might trade for the reigning MVP, and we can stop with the discussions about why Philly would or wouldn’t be able to afford him if there was serious interest.

With Aaron Rodgers still playing at the level he is, doesn’t that normally mean the franchise that’s paying him might field a few calls for the backup quarterback?
