The Philadelphia Eagles roster could look different this year than it did in 2020.

Okay, let’s do some inventory. At the time of this story being published, the Philadelphia Eagles have 87 prospects on the active training camp roster, another two on the Physically Unable to Perform list (Le’Raven Clark and Rodney McLeod), one on the Reserve/COVID-19 list (Matt Leo), and one on injured reserve (Nate Meadors). They also have Landon Dickerson on the Non-Football Injury list.

They have a few more weeks before it will be time to trim that group down to 53 men. As always, that means the same things now that it means during every training camp. Many of the guys that will make the Philadelphia Eagles roster has already been determined. There’s room for some of those guys at the back end of the depth chart, and as always, we can all but guarantee that there will be surprises.

With that being said, here’s a guess on a few familiar faces that everyone’s gotten used to seeing over the past couple of years. They’re guys that probably should make this roster, but in all honesty, they’re guys that shouldn’t shock anyone if they wind up being left off of the regular-season roster.
