3 Philadelphia Eagles rookies other than DeVonta Smith with star potential
Landon Dickerson could be a dominant force for the Philadelphia Eagles offense.
All we have heard since the Philadelphia Eagles drafted Landon Dickerson was he had durability issues. If it wasn’t one thing, it was another in regards to his injury history. We understand that an injury can be concerning for anyone, but he hasn’t played one down in the National Football League.
Maybe we should look at it as ‘the glass half full’. When it comes to the former Alabama Crimson Tide product, we’re talking about a very large glass. Blessed with great size (he’s six-foot-six and tips the scales at 335 pounds with tree trunks for legs), and arguably the most violent hands we have ever seen in an NFL Draft prospect, Dickerson (when healthy) has all the tools to be a monster of a weapon upfront for the Philly offense.
What might be most impressive when watching Dickerson’s tape is his ability to play literally every position on the offensive line. He doesn’t just play the positions. He plays them at a very high level. That’s no simple feat. While everyone understands the injury concerns, Landon Dickerson is way too good not to get everyone who’s watching excited about what’s to come.
