How about another Philadelphia Eagles 53-man roster projection?

Two games of the NFL preseason’s three-game slate are in the books. As usual, names are being thrown on and off of Philadelphia Eagles roster projections. Sure, none of us know what will happen until it happens, but don’t act like you haven’t asked yourselves a time or two about whether or not the Birds should keep five wide receivers or six.

We’ve all done it, and as time moves on (and the cream rises to the top), pictures are beginning to come into focus. This roster isn’t perfect, but it has potential. Now comes the challenge of building a little consistency. Kenneth Gainwell is beginning to heat up. Tarron Jackson looks to be cooling off. That’s okay though. Both guys will make the roster.

There are two names. 51 others remain. Here’s a guess at what this team will look like when all of the dust clears and the smoke settles. Here’s yet another roster projection, one that follows yet another preseason game, one that put the bow on a rather frustrating fact. The Philadelphia Eagles have been outscored by a 52-0 margin over the last six quarters.

Perhaps this team will guide us towards a more exciting and positive future. We begin on the offensive side of the ball.
