Which UTR Atlanta Falcons could give the Philadelphia Eagles trouble?

Week 1 is upon us. The last Sunday without regular season football is behind us. The Philadelphia Eagles are nearing kickoff against the Atlanta Falcons. It’s a beautiful time of year. Both teams will head into the 2021 season with new head coaches.

Philadelphia will be led by former Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Nick Sirianni. On the other side, Atlanta will have former Tennesse Titans offensive coordinator Arthur Smith at the helm.

This matchup has had its fair share of big moments in recent history including the 2017 divisional round last-minute victory, the 2018 Week 1 game that ended similarly, and the 2019 duel in which Zach Ertz barely missed the first down on 4th and 8.

Who could forget the 2016 matchup with Ryan Mathews big performance and the 2015 Monday Night opener with Sam Bradford and DeMarco Murray’s not-so-notable Eagles debuts? 2021’s edition has the makings of an entertaining start to the season.

While there are notable names on both sides, the overall rosters are fairly young. All eyes will be on the big names including Matt Ryan, Calvin Ridley, Kyle Pitts, Deion Jones, Grady Jarrett, and rightfully so. At the same time, Atlanta will have some under-the-radar weapons to keep an eye on.

The smaller contributions of the lesser-known names can win or lose games just as much as a monster performance from those named players can. With that said, let’s take a look at which Falcons could make an unexpected impact in Week 1.
