Throw these Philadelphia Eagles in the sud category as well.

Jalen Hurts, quarterback

The deep ball could use some work. It looks good sometimes, and it flutters at others. Still, versus one of the game’s more impressive units, Jalen Hurts gave his team its chances to win, and that’s all that you can ask from your starting signal-caller.

Rent was due, as it is every week. QB1 responded with 12 completions on 23 passes (that’s got to get better), 82 yards on ten carries, and the Eagles’ only touchdown. He’ll get a lot of mention as we enter Dallas Cowboys week.

Quez Watkins, wide receiver

Anytime you rack up a 91-yard reception, you have to get some ‘stud’ consideration. Unfortunately, after the speedster, Quez Watkins, set his team up with a first-and-goal scenario, Philly couldn’t punch the ball in, so his effort will soon be forgotten. Still, the second-year wideout appears to be a real threat in this Eagles offense.
