Philadelphia Eagles versus Las Vegas: 5 Raiders to watch on offense

For one reason or another, we’ve talked about what the Philadelphia Eagles might be able to do on offense versus the Raiders’ defense all week. Las Vegas has some playmakers though. Here are five guys who will be looking to make Carr’s job an easy one.

1. Darren Waller, tight end

Officially among the fraternity of the NFL’s best tight ends, Darren Waller will make life miserable for a group of Eagles linebackers that can’t seem to cover anyone. There are questions about whether he’s playing or not, but we’re assuming that he will.

2. Josh Jacobs, running back

After four games, Josh Jacobs has some work to do to ensure he’ll enjoy a third-straight 1,000-yards season, but if the Birds aren’t careful, he can make the play to decide things.

3. Henry Ruggs III, wide receiver

DeVonta Smith’s roommate in college, both Henry Ruggs III and the Eagles’ rookie are still learning how much work it is to transition from the NCAA level to the professional ranks. Both guys will be looking to upstage the other in this one.

4. Hunter Renfrow, wide receiver

Hunter Renfrow figures to see a lot of a much-improved Avonte Maddox in this game, and that matchup could go a long way in determining Week 7’s outcome.

5. Kolton Miller, left tackle

This is the man charged with protecting Derek Carr’s blindside. Hopefully, the Eagles’ pass rush can beat him a few times to generate pressure and rack up some sacks.
