2. Is it safe to say the Eagles coaching staff still has some kinks to iron out?

Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni and this offensive coaching staff obviously had more than their fair share of issues. There were some positives. For instance, they took a page out of Greg Roman’s playbook with some counter bash runs. In each instance, Philly employed two pulling linemen from the backside to lead the way on running plays for Jalen Hurts.

The run designs have been creative as of late, yet they also threw quick slants on 3rd and short after having success running the ball for four yards at a time on early downs.

What was more frustrating about all of this was the fact that New York didn’t really get fancy on defense. They showed most of the same looks all day long, but unfortunately, Nick Sirianni and his assistants just didn’t adjust.

Philly neglected to involve DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert, their best playmakers in Philadelphia’s passing game. Kenneth Gainwell was the team’s leading receiver and all of his three catches didn’t come until the final drive of the game. That can’t happen if this team wants to be successful.
