This wouldn’t be an ideal time for the Philadelphia Eagles to buck tradition and start losing to the New York Jets. They don’t see each other often. As you know, unless they wind up in the Super Bowl as representatives of their respective conferences, these two proud franchises will only see each other once every four years. The addition of a 17th regular-season game has altered that some in 2021.

Here we are. The Eagles make their third trip to MetLife Stadium this season. They lost to the Jets there to close the preseason, and despite the fact the loss was only by six points, they were embarrassed by the hated New York Giants in Week 12. This one’s a must-win. A loss would be catastrophic in the grand scheme of things as, believe it or not, the Birds are in the middle of a playoff push.

Gametime approaches. Let’s talk about the respective rosters.
