. Allen Robinson, Bears. 1. player. 57. .

Allen Robinson is the Eagles’ best option outside of Davante Adams.

For whatever reason, it just feels like Allen Robinson is a ten-year veteran with ten Pro Bowls under his belt. We’re not calling the guy old. He’s only 28 years old and won’t turn 29 until next August, but he has been one of the NFL’s better receivers for the better part of the past seven seasons. He just needs consistent play from the quarterbacks he’s been forced to partner with.

At just under 100 games at the time of this story being written and published, Robinson is the owner of a 6,000-yards receiving and 40-touchdown resume, but he’s only been to one Pro Bowl. Let’s just ease your mind though. That isn’t because he’s done something wrong. He has all of the skills to put up elite numbers on a year-in and year-out basis.

Imagining him in the Eagles’ offensive lineup with DeVonta Smith, Quez Watkins, Miles Sanders, Kenneth Gainwell, and Dallas Goedert is enough to make the mouth water. The question is would the Birds be willing to pay the high price tag that it would no doubt take to for them to earn the opportunity to land him?

He’s, without question, the best wide receiver that’s scheduled to hit the free-agent market in 2022 not named Davante Adams. He figures to break the bank. That is, of course, if the Green Bay Packers don’t reach an agreement that would keep him in the green and gold for a few more seasons.
