The majority of the discussions that have led up to the Philadelphia Eagles‘ next game, one versus the Washington Football Team have revolved around who will play and who wouldn’t. For the majority of the workweek, it’s looked like there’s a possibility that everyone will get another extended look at Gardner Minshew if Jalen Hurts can’t go, but there’s also an ever-evolving story with what Washington is having to deal with from a roster standpoint.

They’re unfortunately juggling bodies and doing the best that they can to keep their heads up as much of their team sits on the franchise’s Reserve/COVID-19 list. There have been rumors of both postponements and delays, but as of right now, the game is still scheduled for December 19th at 1 p.m. EST

We could all benefit from some good news right now, and thankfully, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni provided some during his Friday afternoon presser.

Jalen Hurts, Jordan Howard, and Miles Sanders are all full participants at practice.

“They’re ready to roll”. Those were Coach Sirianni’s words as he updated members of the Philly media on the statuses of several well-known Birds as Week 15’s game nears. Jalen Hurts, Jordan Howard, and Miles Sanders were all full participants at the Eagles’ Friday practice session.

Coach says he’s excited to have both Howard and Sanders on the field and “ready to lead our rushing attack”. Hurts’ status probably won’t be known until game day as he’s still being given the ‘questionable’ designation.

QB1 missed Week 13’s game versus the New York Jets but has been upbeat whenever we’ve seen him talk. Quez Watkins hasn’t practiced all week, so even if he is able to produce consecutive negative COVID tests, which will be needed if he expects to play, he still may not be available for the game on Sunday.
