Philadelphia Eagles Week 15 studs

There were times when it felt like some of these guys might end up on the duds list, but hey! That’s football, right? Making the studs list doesn’t mean that these guys will always be perfect. What matters is they came through in a big way when they absolutely had to.

Philly wouldn’t’ have won without these guys.

Stud: Jalen Hurts

You can’t blame the interception thrown in Dallas Goedert‘s direction on Jalen Hurts. You can however blame him for coughing the ball up with that ugly fumble on the Eagles’ second drive. He spearheaded a nice comeback though and bounced back in phenomenal fashion, so QB1 definitely gets a game ball for this one.

Stud: Miles Sanders

Miles Sanders became the first Eagles rusher to run for 100 yards in consecutive games since LeSean McCoy did so in 2014. He also notched a career-high for rushing yards with 131.

The ball popped out a couple of times. The play was ruled dead on both occasions before it happened, but even still, ball security scares you with this guy. It’s easy to feel stress whenever 26 has the ball and there are a ton of bodies wearing the opposing team’s jersey around him.

Stud: Dallas Goedert

Okay, the drops were brutal. One led to an interception (and points). The other short-circuited a drive when simply hauling the ball in and running straight ahead would have extended a drive. Still, it’s hard to argue that this team would have been in dire straights without the efforts of Number 88, Dallas Goedert.
