Eagles versus Giants Week 16 prop bets

Bet No. 1

  • Jalen Hurts Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+115)

At the risk of sounding overconfident, this one feels like a win. Yes, we know what you’re thinking. Didn’t the last meeting between these teams teach you not to count chickens before they hatch? Indeed it did, or at least it should have. Let’s take some inventory though.

Philly should have won that game in Week 12. Now, they didn’t. We get it, but that should fire them up in this next tilt, Jalen Hurts especially.

Hurts was at his worst in Week 12. We don’t expect a repeat performance as we’re very confident in his mental makeup.

Look for QB1 to prove that Week 12 was the exception to the rule and not the rule itself. Expect a full four quarters of quality play on both sides of the ball. Expect Hurts to reach the end zone at some point in this one. According to WynnBET, the odds are at +115 that he’ll do so.

He’s improved as a passer, but make no mistake about it. He’s a more accomplished scrambler at this point, and when the Birds reach the red zone and those throwing lanes get tighter, we expect Hurts to do what he often does, tuck the ball and run and reach the end zone with his legs.
