20 Prospects the Eagles must scout from College Football Playoff
More Cincinnati prospects who are worth the Eagles attention
The Bearcats aren’t by any means a one-man show. That’s why they’re in the dance. Here’s a look at four more guys who’s like to ruin Alabama’s new year celebration.
Jerome Ford, running back
Jerome Ford began his career in Tuscaloosa with The Tide. It won’t be hard to find him. He’ll get plenty of carries. If the Birds are scouting workhorse running backs, here’s a nice place to start.
Myjai Sanders, EDGE
Myjai Sanders is the Bearcats’ best playmaker on the defensive line, something the Eagles desperately need to add to their roster.
Darrian Beavers, linebacker
Darrian Beavers is a playmaker… Period. He’d succeed in the 3-4 or 4-3 defensive scheme, and by the looks of things, he’s proficient versus the run and pass.
Ahmad ‘Sauce’ Gardner, cornerback
Ahmad Gardner a.k.a. ‘Sauce’ could turn out to be the next draft’s best cornerback, but he’ll probably be drafted after LSU’s Derek Stingley.
Honorable mention to wide receiver Alec Pierce, tight end Josh Whyle, safety Bryan Cook, and cornerback Coby Bryant. The Eagles have found gold in Cincinnati’s program before. Don’t think that they can’t do it again!
