. . J.T. Daniels, Georgia. 4. player. 814.

Potential Eagles draft prospect J.T. Daniels (Georgia Bulldogs)

This seems like an emotional pick following the Bulldogs’ run to a College Football Playoff National Championship, but it isn’t. Those of you who are bothered by the fact that J.T. Daniels is sometimes inconsistent won’t be comforted by seeing other prospects like Iowa State’s Brock Purdy or Alabama A&M’s Aqeel Glass in an Eagles jersey.

Daniels isn’t totally polished, but the same can be said about the guys expected to go in Round 1 or Round 2. This is shaping up to be a very weak class of quarterbacks.

Potential Eagles draft prospect Chris Oladokun (South Dakota State Jackrabbits)

The last time the Eagles took a flier on a South Dakota State prospect, things turned out fairly well. Dallas Goedert’s success has nothing to do with what Chris Oladokun might be able to accomplish, but it’s been proven that they’re playing some ball in Brookings.

Goedert and Oladokun were never teammates. Oladokun began his collegiate career with the South Florida Bulls, but after breaking out for South Dakota State in 2021 during a season in which he completed 62 percent of his passes for 2,697 yards and 22 touchdowns (he also rushed for two scores), his proven ability to take care of the football (he only threw five interceptions) and a strong college football all-star game could make him one of the dark horses in the 2022 draft class.
