Potential Eagles draft prospect Jaxson Kirkland, Washington

Here’s one for the NCAA football contingent that’s quick to blurt out phrases like East Coast bias (or southern bias for that matter). Hey, don’t blame us! It’s hard to stay up until 1:30 a.m. to watch some of those games that are played in the Pac-12.

We’re teasing of course, but here’s something that’s no laughing matter. By the time we reach April, former Washington Huskies star Jaxson Kirkland might be in everyone’s top five of the best interior offensive linemen that will be available in this draft class. He’s clearly the best interior lineman that the Pac-12 has to offer as evidenced by his consecutive First-team All-Pac-12 Awards in 2020 and 2021).

player. 817. . . . Ed Ingram, LSU Tigers. 3

Potential Eagles draft prospect Ed Ingram, LSU

If he’s good enough to square off with some of the best defensive linemen in the country, the ones that play in the SEC, and hold serve, well doggone it, he’s good enough to play for the Eagles in our opinion.

Ed Ingram is a phenomenal run blocker whose ability as a pass rusher improved all season, and he’d be the top man on our list if not for one of his teammates and a six-foot-four monster from the Texas A&M Aggies.
