Someone tell the Philadelphia Eagles that Jarvis Landry is still available.

It isn’t that hard Howie Roseman! You have a star at wide receiver (DeVonta Smith), another guy that could be a very good ‘Robin’ to someone else’s ‘Batman’ (Quez Watkins), and a serviceable guy who’s neither slouch nor star (Greg Ward). Pascal isn’t going to make this unit an elite one.

Three of your recent draft choices can’t play (JJ Arcega-Whiteside, Jalen Reagor, and John Hightower). Deon Cain doesn’t scare anyone. As a matter of fact, we sometimes forget that he’s on the team, but guess what? A home run can still occur in the bottom of the ninth inning.

At the time of this story being written and published, Jarvis Landry still doesn’t have a home. Howie, you should be doing everything that you can to get this guy.

None of the Eagles’ current receivers have been to a Pro Bowl. Ward, again, is no slouch, but he, along with Paschal, now constitutes your veteran presence in the wide receivers’ meeting room. That room is led by a wide receivers coach that veteran wideouts regress under and young stars don’t seem to thrive under (Aaron Moorehead).

Do we need to say it again? Jarvis Landry is definitely worth a look. You aren’t going to find a better guy in the NFL Draft more than likely. Again, if roster space is needed, we’re willing to move Reagor or JJAW.
